Fusion foods

The festive season is around the corner and we all are planning imitate gatherings with our friends and family. so why stick to our traditional dishes, rather jump on to something really new this time. Fusion food that combines two different cuisines together is really trending and they are so easy to make at home too. So why not this festive season give our taste buds a treat to remember!

These are some of the fusion foods creating a buzz in the town and starting to become 'the must-have' when in Delhi.

NAANZA: A cheesy take on the old north Indian butter naan, which is usually eaten on the side of dal makhani, butter paneer or something. Adding a little desi twist to Italian pizza is all you need to create magic on your dinner plate. basically its a huge naan with all the cheese and pizza toppings, so next time instead of having a regular pizza, try for naanza and thank me later!

BUTTER CHICKEN PASTA: Does it have to be always going to a cafe and ordering penne pasta in white sauce? Sipping a little virgin mojito and cheesy alfredo pasta for the party! I know I am one of those who has pinned white sauce pasta to my permanent order at every restaurant. but not anymore. punjabi tadka in everything is what we Indian foodies do. and we have targetted the pasta as well. penne pasta cooked in the butter chicken gravy totally shapes it into a new style.

SAMOSA SALAD: Salads don't have to be about garden picked vegetables anymore. Samosa salad is something which is light, healthy and tangy at the same time. A crushed samosa clubbed with garden leaves, broccoli and spices is a salad you wanna try out right now. the best part is that these can be even made at home for those calories conscious.

PANEER LASAGNA: The most loved lasagna with all those cheesy layers is something that could give you extra calories. Layered cottage cheese with vegetables is great for your stomach as well as your health. it is easy to make at home and best to serve in house parties.

MOMO BURGER: As the name suggests, it combines two most loved street foods together and makes a great snack. Normal aloo patty is replaced with one or two momos inside the burger and it has become a great seller in the town lately. A party is not completed without street-style snacks so what would be better than clubbing two of them.
