Freedom to eat


'Na bhai! Main mota nahi hota' the bloody metabolism peeped and smiled.  Some people are born with a good Metabolism which keeps them in shape no matter what and then there are people like me who gains weight after a piece of chocolate too. it's a curse or something maybe but it isn't fair,  right?

We wanna eat that cheesy double-decker burger on Instagram and oily pakodas on rainy days. Freedom to eat wherever we want is the kind of freedom we wish for every day.  A cheat day is never enough, we want all of it.  If you're one of me who don't wanna go gyming and still wanna eat good

Here are the things you might wanna eat which are so delicious with minimum calories or no calories at all.


1. Sweet potato fries: French fries are one of the most loved snacks. The problem is not potatoes but the deep fried potatoes that have a lot of calories in it, how can we still have that taste without compromising our health. Sweet potatoes are a way to go. French fries are the easiest thing to make, same as that you can instead use sweet potatoes which will taste the same and also provide you with lots of vitamins and nutrients.

2. Switch to Yoghurt Parfait Ice creams: Hot days calls for an ice cream, chocolate, butterscotch and so on. drooling, right? who doesn't like to have lick lollies on a sunny day? instead of feeling guilty after having an ice cream with lots of calories in it, try yoghurt parfait ice creams. you will be surprised to know that they are even more delicious and healthy as they are totally made out of fruits.


3. Banana chips: A southern snack that would be a great alternative to your regular chips. As we know chips are typically high in fat, which can result in weight gain and obesity, they are even more dangerous as they are addictive for our body. Banana chips on the other side are made out of bananas completely without adding any other harmful flavours.
Some people who don't like bananas as much, I feel you. Kale chips would be a great replacement too, they are so healthy, very tasty and good for our digestion too.

4.Sweet potato noodles: YES! Noodles are the first things which come to your mind when consuming junk food, but why not satisfy those taste buds and remain in a good shape as well? Sweet potato noodles are the best thing to try here. You can make sweet potato noodles using a spiralizer and add as many vegetables as you want at your home only. This way you prevent your body from high salt contents present in instant noodles and not gaining any calories too.


5. Cauliflower pizza dough: You would be surprised to know pizzas are the most dangerous junks in the market. From increasing blood cholesterol and leading to some major heart diseases, pizza plays a vital role. it is basically the pizza crust with is dry and our body is not able to digest it. You can make your own pizza at own by using the crust made from cauliflower. Take an ease on those extra carbs you might gain if you eat your beloved pizza outside.





So these are few junkies converted into healthy meals but still satisfying your taste buds to the fullest. we can all be free to eat our favourite sacks without getting extra calories and carbs, now that is 'freedom' all about, right?
