A visit to HAUZ KHAS SOCIAL

 Whether visiting with cousins, family, hanging out with office pals or bunking off colleges ( yeah I

have done all of them) we always stuck around to this one question; where should we go now! because many restaurants or cafes are just buzzkills when it comes to setting up our mood, but I need you to trust me with this one.A sweet and savoury place which can adjust all your moods in a happy one. obviously as the name suggests HAUZ KHAS SOCIAL, a place to socialize with any colleagues or friends or even acquaintances.

This restaurant is the 'Jaan' of Hauz Khas village, no doubt! I made a visit there last Thursday with my friends at around 7p.m but as all of would expect a restaurant to not be that busy around weekdays but hell yeah! we were surprised to see we had to wait for 10 min to even get a table inside. it was a huge spacious two storey restaurant, for the people who enjoy loud music and dim lights an arrangement at the second storey was there. And for those who love eating in music but not so centre area was there. an outside seating arrangement is also there if it's a great whether out there I would recommend the outdoors. and the best part of the ambience was the lake view. if you are lucky enough to get the window table you wouldn't regret visiting this place. (I know we were lucky that we got it)

Coming on to the most happening part THE FOOD. Hands down to every single thing we had there, as we were around 8-9 people we ordered a bunch from the menu, we ordered chicken tandoori momos which were so fulfilling and lip smacking and a chaat called Delhi6 with all throwback taste from our childhood of street-side chaats and spices in a plate.
main courses were ok but i would like to specially mention their deserts. obviously, a person like me always order some chocolate base desert which did, a dessert called chocolate bloodbath but as a foodie, of course, it was not enough so we ordered one of the restaurant specials dessert summer punch which was basically fruits pudding with lots of whipped cream.




Overalls it was welcoming and lovely visit. some of the briefs you must know before visiting Hauz khas social:

The average cost would be 1,300 for two people (approx.) with alcohol
